Supporting Transgender Family Members, Friends and Neighbors

Panelists Mina Lemke (she/her), Mikhail “Micah” Bishop (he/him), Dr. Laura LaJoie (she/her), Frankie Lane (they/them), and Maddy Oiseau (she/her) share lived experiences, offer insight from family members, and discuss how resources available from NAMI Clackamas and Basic Rights Oregon can support compassionate understanding of transgender community members. Light refreshments will be provided.

The event will include speaker Robin Will, music, family friendly activities, food carts and an opportunity to connect with community. Attendees can pick up a new Pride pin designed by a Wilsonville High School Student; the event also showcases a Pride mural designed and painted by Daren Todd on the windows of the Parks and Rec. Admin. Building.

We’re proud to have adopted a section of road (Town Center Loop W) to pick up trash and keep Wilsonville looking fabulous.

If you see us out there (hard to miss with the jumbo Pride flags) give us a honk or a wave!

We’d love for you to join us in the cleaning, we’ll provide all the materials, you just donate a couple hours of time. You’ll have fun and meet some members of the Wilsonville Pride community! Allies and Advocates welcome of course!
